How to confirm the purpose of entry into Ukraine?

How to check the entry ban in Ukraine?
To find out if a foreigner has an existing entry ban into Ukraine, it is necessary to submit a Statement regarding the possible existence of a ban on entry by the foreigner. How much money do you need to have to enter Ukraine?
