The Largest Music Festival in Ukraine, ATLAS, Returns

The ATLAS Festival, also known as Atlas Weekend, returns after a break caused by the full-scale invasion. The event will take place in July in Kyiv and will last for three days.

Date and Venue

Atlas United will be held from July 12 to 14, 2024, at the Blockbuster Mall in Kyiv (near the Pochaina metro station). This year it will be called ATLAS UNITED 2024.

Festival Participants

The lineup of the festival mainly features Ukrainian bands and performers, but visitors can also expect performances from international artists.

Among the announced participants so far are Boombox, Artem Pivovarov, Zhadan and Sobaki, Khrystyna Soloviy, Latexfauna, Druha Rika, Verka Serduchka & Band, DANTES, ONUKA, and many others.

Tickets and Cost

The price of a one-day ticket is 1400 UAH, and for all three days of the festival – 3250 UAH. Tickets are already available for purchase in the Monobank app.

15% of each ticket sold will be donated to raise funds for the purchase of drones. This initiative is being carried out by the festival in conjunction with the UNITED24 platform, with the goal of raising 100 million UAH.

History and Development

Atlas Weekend was founded with the goal of creating a platform for performances by both Ukrainian and international artists. The festival was first held in June 2015, attracting around 20,000 visitors. Each year, the festival expanded its program and number of stages, increasing its scale and attracting more and more spectators.

Among the headliners of Atlas Weekend over the years have been famous artists such as The Prodigy, Kasabian, LP, A$AP Rocky, and many others.

Safety Issues

Blockbuster Mall has provided the festival with the largest shelter in Ukraine. It is certified along with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS). The shelter can accommodate a huge number of people, significantly more than will gather at the festival this year. Therefore, if necessary, there is the possibility of a quick evacuation. By the way, it is convenient to have insurance, including coverage for military risks. It can be arranged on the website welcomeukraine.today

Therefore, ATLAS UNITED 2024 is not only about music, but also a socially important event that unites people for a common goal. It is, without exaggeration, one of the largest events of this summer.
